Data and purposes
Your account uses a nickname, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic verification hashes. Favorites, design unlocks, download records and credit balances are linked to your account. Search terms and vehicle filters are used to return artwork; connection IP addresses are processed for security, rate limiting and service logs. Report text and the signed-in account email are used for content review. We use data to provide the service, support, financial reconciliation, and platform transaction and usage statistics. We do not sell personal data or track you across apps for advertising.
Apple purchases
Apple handles your Apple Account and payment. We store Apple-verified transaction identifiers, products, amounts, currencies, a random account identifier and refund status to deliver credits, process refunds and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not access your bank card details or send personal consumption data to Apple without your consent.
Permissions and local data
Saving an image requests only permission to add photos; the app does not read your photo library. Guest favorites and vehicle selection are stored in local preferences, and sign-in credentials are stored in Keychain. Images and sounds are exported or shared only when you choose to do so. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone or advertising tracking permissions.
Account deletion and retention
In the app, open Profile → Delete account, enter your current password and confirm. Account details are anonymized; sessions, favorites and ratings are deleted. Uploaded designs are removed from the gallery and their files are cleaned up within 24 hours. Necessary anonymized financial and transaction records are retained as applicable for refunds, audits, disputes and preventing duplicate credits. Restricted backups are removed through rotation and are not used to restore deleted accounts. Files already saved or delivered cannot be remotely recalled.
Security and third parties
Network traffic uses HTTPS, service access is restricted by permissions, and file access links expire. The current public server is in Hong Kong and may process data outside your location. Apple payment and refund services are subject to Apple’s privacy policy. Minors should use the app with a guardian; purchases are subject to device and family purchase controls.
Contact and updates
Contact the email address on this page to request access, correction or deletion of account details. We verify account ownership. Material policy changes will update this page and its date; we do not use existing data for new purposes without the required permission.
Anonymous website usage statistics
The website uses a first-party session code for public page views, download clicks, authorizations and file responses. A new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. These records are not linked to accounts and do not store emails, raw IP addresses, search text or download tokens. Details are retained for 90 days and daily summaries for 13 months. Turn statistics off here or in the footer; only that preference is retained.
