File recognition is different from body mapping
A file appearing in the list means it was recognized. It does not prove that the body regions match the vehicle. A flat preview also cannot establish an accurate in-car result.
Check in this order
- Match family, year and exact trim. Legacy Model 3, 2024 Standard/Premium and Performance are separate, as are Model Y Standard, Premium, Performance and L.
- Compare canvas sizes: regular entries here use 1024×1024 and Cybertruck uses 1024×768. Matching dimensions can still hide different mappings.
- Make sure the file was not captured as a screenshot, cropped, rotated, resized or stretched. Retry the original PNG.
- When creating artwork, keep the official unfolded regions in place and draw inside the relevant white body areas.
Text crosses seams or points the wrong way
Return to the original template and adjust the local design. Verify it on the matching vehicle. Moving the entire unfolded layout to fit another vehicle is not a reliable repair.
Report a useful example
Report from the specific artwork page with your vehicle variant, software version, app or USB method and the affected body region. If supplying a genuine vehicle screenshot through support, omit plates, account details and other unnecessary personal information.
