- Cybertruck: 1024×768 (4:3)
- All other supported models: 1024×1024 (1:1)
Format rules
- PNG, JPEG or WEBP are accepted on upload — we convert everything to PNG.
- Keep the final file under 1 MB. Our pipeline compresses with a palette to hit that target.
- File names may only contain letters, digits, underscores, hyphens and spaces, and must stay within 30 characters.
Common rejection reasons
- Wrong aspect ratio (cropped or stretched)
- File size over the limit
- Wrong model canvas (Model 3/Y/S/X templates are not interchangeable)
